The first semester will consist of physical pre tests along with sports and games. Students will be tested on their current abilities in agility speed and strength. This will be used as a basis to chart their progress for the school year. At the end of each semester, students will be graded on their individual personal skill development. In addition, during the first semester students will be graded on their participation level, teamwork and sportsmanship in team oriented activities. A constant throughout the year will be exercises and drills that will assist students with improving their agility, strength and overall performance.
