On Monday January 3, 2010, The Boys Junior Varsity Basketball Team will have a game at 6:00 vs S.F. Friends School. The Gym and school are located at 250 Valencia Street.

Week of September 15th
I will be giving pre tests to ascertain your current level of fitness. This will be done by conducting several drills that will give me and you a starting point to monitor your development and improvement this semester.
Class Dress Requirements
Students are expected to wear the appropriate shoes and clothing when coming to class. Acceptable forms of clothing are, sweat suits, shorts, loose fitting pants, etc. or any other comfortable clothing that will allow you to have free and easy movement.
Shoes: Shoes worn should be rubber soles or haave all purpose surfaces. No boots, flip flops, sandals, open toe shoes, etc.
If you are not properly dressed you will not be allowed to participate for that particular class.
Suggestions:
I suggest you bring a water bottle or container to class or school. I will not be allowing students to leave class for water breaks. You can either use the water fountain in the hard yard if we are conducting class at school or use your own personal water. If you anticipate having issues regarding remembering to bring your P.E. clothing, have a set in your locker.
